- Manipulation of Pierce County Historical Association digital image file(s) requires the written permission of the Association. Manipulation includes, but is not limited to, the following: contrast adjustments, rotation, inversion, sharpness, tonal adjustments, resolution, and removal or alteration of details inherent to the original image.
- Commercial users must sign an agreement to the following additional conditions: A) Any applicable use fee required by the Association will be paid upon completion of the project; B) A copy of the product in which Pierce County Historical Association text, images, or other material(s) were used must be provided to the Association at no cost, including the URL of the products' posting on another publicly accessible site.
