Limestone Quarry Site
Hwy 128 between Spring Valley and Elmwood
Concrete railroad piers still stand against the eastern bluff where quarried limestone was loaded on freight cars to be delivered to the Spring Valley pig iron smelter. Evidence of the old railroad bed can still be seen.
